Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By hiring the services of Noel's Landscape LLC, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Noel's Landscape LLC offers professional landscaping services including, but not limited to:

• Garden and patio design
• Artificial turf installation
• Paver paving
• Alumawood covered patios
• Walkway and recreational area construction

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may change due to fluctuations in material costs or changes in project scope. Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

4. Payment

Typical payment terms are:

• 30% deposit upon accepting the quote
• 40% at project midpoint
• Remaining 30% upon project completion

Payments can be made by check, cash or bank transfer. Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% monthly.

5. Project Timeline

We will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. While we strive to meet these deadlines, factors such as weather, material availability or scope changes may affect the timeline.

6. Project Changes

Changes to project scope must be requested in writing. We will evaluate the impact on cost and timeline, and proceed only after your written approval.

7. Property Access

The client must provide reasonable access to the property during normal working hours. They must also ensure work areas are free of obstructions.

8. Permits and Regulations

The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will comply with all local building and landscaping regulations.

9. Warranties

We guarantee:

• Quality workmanship for 1 year from completion
• Materials according to manufacturer warranties
• Artificial turf: 15-year manufacturer warranty

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect or acts of nature.

10. Cancellation

The client may cancel the project before work begins and receive a full deposit refund less $200 for administrative costs. Once work has started, refunds will be calculated based on completed work and materials purchased.

11. Limitation of Liability

Noel's Landscape LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the project.

12. Insurance

We maintain general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Insurance certificates are available upon request.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will be resolved first through good faith negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to mediation before initiating legal action.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal action must be filed in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect for new projects after posting on our website.
